Cancellations 

Special orders and orders of fresh baked goods may be cancelled until we begin preparing them. We may begin preparing your order immediately, depending on your order time.

Submit cancellation requests to customerservice@ovenlysweetbakery.com. Inquiries are reviewed promptly but not immediately.

We work hard to make sure our gluten-free baked goods taste fantastic, and stand behind our bakery goods. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us with an explanation and proof of purchase. In most cases, we will refund your purchase at your request and provide you a coupon or code for a new order. 

We reserve the right to limit refunds where we have reason to believe this policy is being abused.

Limitations

You may be required to show proof of purchase, provide a photo, and provide an explanation as to the reasons for the refund. In some cases, we may require the purchased items to be returned for testing or other reasons. Requests for refunds may be refused or limited if there is reason to believe that this policy is being abused or used in bad faith.

Refunds on purchases exceeding $350, including catering and special orders, are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a separate agreement.
